WHAT’S NEW AT FELLERS.COM

  • Password-less login. You will no longer need to set up or remember your password. Simply login with your email address and a 6-digit code will be emailed to you each time you login.
  • Dedicated Customer Dashboard. Your Dedicated Customer Dashboard provides access to your Orders, Profile, and the B2B Portal, where you can add/update shipping locations and assign staff members with account specific permissions. Adding users with individual logins is a breeze.
  • Bulk Order Tool. Designed for power users, but accessible to everyone. With the Bulk Add to Cart feature you can enter the SKU(s) and quantity or drag-and-drop a CSV file and all your products will appear. From there, just click Add to Cart.
  • Mobile Optimized Experience. The new site is fully responsive and optimized for mobile shopping. Whether you’re ordering from the shop floor, a job site, or on the road, the experience is fast and easy.
  • Advanced Filtering. Quickly narrow down your options with powerful, easy-to-use filters. Sort products by brand, application, material type, adhesive, finish, durability, and more—so you can find exactly what you need without digging through endless listings. Here’s a quick reference guide for what you need to know about your account and using the new Fellers.com site.


Q: Do I need to create a new account?
No. If you’re an existing Fellers.com customer your account carries over automatically. Simply login with the same account email you’ve always used, and a code will be sent to you immediately. Enter the code and you’re in.


IMPORTANT: If your email address isn’t associated with an account you’ll need to create a new one.


Q: What if I don’t receive the code?
Codes are generally delivered within seconds. If you do not receive the code within a minute, check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s still not there after several minutes, call us at 1-800-654-8405 or email support@fellers.com and we’ll get you sorted out immediately.


Q: Can I use the same email address I’ve always used?
Yes. Your Fellers.com account is tied to your existing email address. Use the same email to access the site that you used previously.


Q: What if multiple people on my team use the same account?
After logging in, navigate to your Profile and select B2B Portal. From here you can Add Users, Add/Update Shipping Locations, and assign Roles & Permissions for additional team members. Note: only Admins have the ability to assign new users.


YOUR ACCOUNT & PRICING


Q: Will my pricing stay the same?
Yes. Your account-specific pricing and net terms all carry over automatically. You don't need to do anything. Your pricing will be applied as soon as you log in.

Q: Will my order history be accessible?

Yes. Your complete order history is available in your new account dashboard under Orders. You can search by date, order number, or product.

Q: Will my Net Terms and credit account work the same way?

Absolutely. Customers with Net Terms will see this as a payment option during checkout. Credit card customers will be prompted to confirm or update payment info on their first login.

Q: Will my saved products or favorites carry over?

Yes. Any stored favorites from the previous system have been migrated. You'll also find a new Favorites and Quick Order tool that makes it even faster to reorder the items you buy most.


ORDERING & CHECKOUT


Q: How do I place an order?
Search or browse for your favorite products and add them to your cart. It’s just that simple, and it’s significantly faster than the previous system. You can also use the Bulk Add to Cart feature to enter SKUs and quantities directly if you already know what you need.


Q: Can I reorder from past orders quickly?
Yes. Go to Orders in your account dashboard, find the a previous order and click into it, then click Buy again. All items are added to your cart in one click. Edit quantities or remove items you don’t want, and check out.


Q: How do I track my orders?
Tracking information is updated in real time in your Orders dashboard. You'll also receive automated shipping confirmation emails with tracking links.
